I am a graduate from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in 2018. I specialize in therapeutic massage, deep tissue, cupping therapy, and I am certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage. I’m truly passionate about what I do and dedicated to helping my clients feel their best whether that means relieving tension, supporting recovery, or simply creating a space to relax and recharge.
I am also committed to continuing my education so I can better support each client’s unique needs. Every body is different, and I take the time to understand what yours needs are. My goal is to help you feel like you’re making real progress toward healing and wellness after every session.

I graduated from the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in 2017. I have continued my education beyond that with myofascial release, manual lymphatic drainage, fascial stretching and joint manipulation. I am especially interested in the neuro-muscular connection, working with the vagus nerve and “nervous system resets” to see a physical change.
All things to do with the human body fascinate me and inspires me to help others. I am always looking to further my knowledge in things that I am passionate about.

I am a graduate on Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage formerly located here in Rochester.
With 10 years of experience as an LMT there is not much I have not seen. I am a well-rounded therapist with many tools in my belt ready to assist my clients. Some of the areas I thrive in are Deep Tissue, MyoFascial Release, headache and migraine relief, among others.
As someone who has dealt with aches and pains their whole life, I ensure my clients gain what they seek from their visit with me. Make sure to drink plenty of water and to do your stretches! Hope to see you soon!
